Middlebury Arms

Middlebury Arms Apartments in Middleboro, Massachusetts is an affordable community of sixty-four apartment homes. As managing member of the ownership entity, Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC) fully renovated this community in 2014. In addition to the spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments, residents enjoy many on-site recreational amenities and a grand community gathering space. Convenient commuter rail transportation into Boston and Cape Cod is nearby as well as the major roadways 495, 24, 18 and 44.

Bedford Green

Permanent and supportive housing for homeless U.S. Veterans aged 55 and over that will provide a stable living environment that encourages self-sufficiency, economic empowerment, as well as social and community engagement. The proposed project will include the construction of a 70-unit rental community that will offer 64 one-bedrooms, 6 two-bedrooms in a U-shaped single three-story building located on approximately 4 acres of land that will leased from the VA under their Building Utilization Review and Repurposing (BURR) Enhanced-Use Lease initiative.

Howard House

The proposed project involves the historic renovation of an existing structure that will be renovated into 14 units rental units under the guidelines of the Massachusetts Historic Commission and the National Park Service requirements for a certified historic rehabilitation. The apartments created will feature the trim and casework surrounding true divided light windows, wood base and doors consistent with the original building, while still providing each unit with a private bath, kitchen, closet storage and living space.

Pleasant Street

Located in the North Shore seaside community of Beverly, Massachusetts, Pleasant Street Apartments is the renovation and re-use of an historic industrial building into 32 units of permanent, supportive housing for homeless veterans. The face-lift and new purpose for Pleasant Street incorporates “Universal Design” components for increased accessibility. This building is a 4-story elevated building with energy star rated appliances and green building components. Beverly is a vibrant city with a network of veterans organizations and community amenities.

Valley Brook Village

First of its kind VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) housing community for homeless veterans, located on the Lyons Campus of the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System in Lyons, New Jersey. Residential common spaces form a village-style setting on 16+ acres and feature sixty-two 1&2 bedroom apartment homes with tons of open space, pedestrian friendly walkways and an overall sense of community with a true neighborhood feel.

We work collaboratively with private and public partners to seek project financing, grants and other leveraged resources to acquire, develop and rehabilitate housing, as well as fund services that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
