He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an emphasis in affordable housing. This experience includes accounting; auditing and compliance of projects subject to the regulatory requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and various state agencies, as well as projects developed using low-income housing tax credits.
Mr. McGowan received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. and is licensed in Massachusetts, California, New York and Rhode Island as a certified public accountant.
